  • Written test thru In-house developed Self Test Software.
  • Group Discussions.
  • Extempore/JAM sessions.
  • Elaborate & thorough Personal Interview assessing the complete profile and personality of the candidate.

This entire process is followed by elaborate feedback & one to one counseling sessions.
